The challenge
YANA's leadership was recruiting and training every volunteer by hand. Interest forms, scheduling, training sessions, and certification tracking all lived in inboxes and spreadsheets. Growth was capped not by demand, but by how many people the team could personally onboard.

Once certified, volunteers are routed into the Mama Caller program to call postpartum mothers in Strong Mamas, Thriving Babies.
